It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and our team in ChainIQ Bucharest are looking for a Consultant in Service Delivery Support.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

 

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a consultant to join the Service Delivery Support Team. The consultant needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within contract review process.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Review of contracts on their quality and accuracy against defined process, data entry into internal and external systems;
  • Review of risks, mandatory clauses and  annexes to maintain accuracy according to procedures and other relevant information related to contracts.
  • Review of the data entered in the system against the signed contracts with our client’s suppliers.
  • Ad-hoc, ‘on demand’ and project-based analysis, research, insight provision, logistical and other support for our client’s business development, support procurement, sourcing and category management teams and executives.  Examples include supplier background checking/profiling, , internal and external documentation preparation and revision, e.g. client proposals and process manuals.
  • Ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and other performance objectives are met.
  • Supporting the manager and team to provide services alongside onshore functions to ensure optimal use of processes and systems for service delivery in Bucharest.
  • Supporting the Service Delivery Support Team Lead or Senior Managers to challenge onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Bucharest-based Service Delivery Support processes, systems and capabilities.
  • Any other tasks received from the direct manager or head of department. 

 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years proven experience in procurement/banking/contract management or review in a corporate environment with a good understanding of the challenges, processes and requirements of sourcing process.
  • very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • experience with ERP system.
