About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Support to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team across various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and review job advertisements across multiple platforms

• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with candidates and hiring managers

• Support on contractor-related topics and documentation

• Assist with recruitment reporting and data entry

• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)

• Support with  different activities using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (optional)

• Help ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Perform other administrative and recruitment support tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German is a strong plus

• Experience with SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Dynamic, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
