Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add services both internal and to our clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

 

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Reception & Physical Security Coordinator to join our team. The person needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within office management activities, phisical security or administrative fields and interal audit.

 

Main responsibilities will include:

  1. Reception & Administrative Support
    • Welcome and assist visitors and employees professionally.
    • Manage physical access to the building in line with internal security policies.
    • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and general front desk duties.
  2. Physical Security & ODC Compliance
    • Monitor access to ODC-designated areas.
    • Collaborate with security and facility teams to ensure compliance with physical security standards.
    • Maintain and enforce internal procedures related to secure zones.
  3. Audit & Reporting
    • Prepare and submit recurrent compliance reports and evidence.
    • Maintain organized documentation for internal and external audits.
    • Support audit readiness and respond to audit-related queries.
  4. Communication & Coordination
    • Serve as the primary contact for the ODC Manager.
    • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, IT, Facility) to implement ODC requirements.
    • Participate in regular compliance meetings and updates.

 

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, administration, or physical security roles.
  • Basic understanding of audit and compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Advanced English language skills.

Education

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Certifications in security or administrative fields are a plus.
