This role supports client-related projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion. It involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in managing client-related projects, acting as a key team member to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provides support with project reporting, document management, governance processes, and data analysis.
- Applies project management methodologies and maintains templates and documentation standards.
- Coordinates and facilitates project meetings, documenting key actions and decisions to ensure alignment across teams.
- Prepares project deliverables, including presentations, user guides, and training materials.
- Tracks project timelines, resources, and risks, highlighting issues and proposing solutions.
- Organizes and maintains accurate project plans and status updates.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party suppliers to meet project objectives.
- Contributes to internal administrative processes and project governance.
- Supports senior team members with task progression tracking and adherence to budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Excellent English; German is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Procurement knowledge or experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in transformation projects and client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to dynamic project requirements.
