Role Purpose

• The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.
• Acts as a sounding board to the Senior Manager, helping shape and prioritize sourcing strategies.
• Oversees and coordinates key sourcing and procurement initiatives across departments.
• Identifies inefficiencies in procurement processes and drives continuous improvement.
• Manages internal and external communication, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and vendors.
• Supports team operations, onboarding, and engagement initiatives to maintain a high-performing sourcing function.
• Manages meeting cadences, reporting structures, and policy adherence across sourcing activities.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Consultant to join the Sourcing Team. The Specialist needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and track sourcing strategic plans, KPIs, and initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional sourcing projects.
• Draft and review executive-level reports, dashboards, and board presentations.
• Manage meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and follow through on action items.
• Identify areas for sourcing process improvements and implement best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers for escalations or updates.
• Ensure policy compliance and readiness for audits or supplier reviews.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in English (EN).
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
