Responsibilities:

 

• Working with the  Head Operational Procurement and Client Service Desk and other internal departments to ensure optimal use of Operational Procurement & Client Service Desk systems and capabilities 
Overall accountability for:
• day-to-day operational process management and support of relevant operational and P2P processes to ensure accurate and timely creation of technical contracts and linkage of purchase requisitions to the technical contract
• handling queries through the ticketing tool and ensuring proactive and timely engagement with clients
• establishes and maintains lasting relationships with contract managers, category managers and CCR process leads
• maintenance of knowledge management systems and client education material (e.g. ‘how to’ guides) to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of process and client satisfaction
• optimised and compliant use of defined standard operations procedures, platforms and channels
• partering with the client’s category managers and providing expert input regarding  Contract Compliance Review process 
• ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
• dentify ways to improve recurring business processes, including the development of standard procedures and processes, identification and implementation of automation opportunities
• ensuring proactivity for additional support/extra activities/projects
