Role Purpose 

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.  

Responsibilities 

We are currently seeking a Consultant to join the Professional Services team. The Associate Consultant needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within the Professional Services category.   

Main responsibilities will include: 

• Collaboration with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing :Operations and Tactical Buying and Team Leads to ensure optimal use of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capabilities 

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders 

• Support sourcing project setup by collecting initial information and preparing required documentation (NDA, RFP materials, supplier lists).
• Create and manage RFPs in sourcing tools, upload documents, add suppliers, and ensure all inputs are complete and compliant.
• Handle supplier communication during the sourcing process, including clarifications, follow-ups, and tracking submissions.
• .Assist sourcers during negotiation phases, including eAuction participation and coordination of supplier/stakeholder meetings.Initiate contract signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign), ensure documents are correctly archived, and support project closure steps.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure alignment with process, compliance, and quality standards.
• Provide cross‑category operational support as needed and contribute to smooth execution of sourcing activities across teams.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts with vendors based on standard terms and conditions 

• Ensuring accuracy of data and compliance with the given sourcing requirements (based on client methodology and requirements)
• Ensuring proactive and timely engagement with clients 

• Ensuring proactivity for additional support/extra activities/projects 

• Supporting coaching and development of more senior colleagues 

• Seen as a role model by colleagues in Chain IQ and clients 

Requirements 

• Proven successful track record in a similar role in Procurement or Sourcing 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills 

• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure 

• Excellent analytical skills and mindset 

• Good problem-solving, relationship management, and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation 

• Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels 

• A team player who feels comfortable creating their own profile and credibility 

• Previous experience in working with any Source to Contract tools
• Excellent English - written and verbal
