Title:  Operational Sourcing

Responsibilities:

•Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external client

•Negotiating with vendors and building positive, long-term relationships.

•Supplier evaluation and bid analysis – provide input and recommendations

•Adhering to the client’s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives on Real Estate & Logistics category

•Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met including savings targets

•Perform spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunities

•Forecast and report savings

•Support and run RFx, eAuction – create and manage event in e-sourcing tool

•Identifying ways to improve related business-as-usual processes – including the development of standard templates and processes, and identifying and implementing automation opportunities
