Role Purpose
The Managed Services Project Management Associate supports the Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Managed Services in driving delivery across strategic initiatives.
The role focuses on supporting delivery of executive-ready outputs to the Chain IQ Leadership, especially to the Head of Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Initiative Execution
- Support planning and execution of key Managed Services initiatives
- Maintain structured project plans, milestones, dependencies, and decision logs
- Track actions, risks, and escalations across workstreams
- Act as a reliable coordination point for complex, multi‑stakeholder topics
- Ensure disciplined follow‑up and progression of agreed actions
2. Executive & Stakeholder Preparation
- Prepare clear, structured materials for leadership, SteerCos, and executive meetings
- Draft executive summaries, decision papers, and status updates based on guidance
- Consolidate inputs from multiple functions into coherent narratives
- Support preparation and follow‑up of senior meetings (materials, minutes, actions)
3. Reporting, Analysis & Ways of Working
- Build and maintain initiative‑based tracking and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Support performance reporting (e.g. savings, pipeline, operational KPIs)
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and scenario views under direction
- Help standardize templates, reporting routines, and documentation
Required Profile
Experience & Education
- Masters University Degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
- Initial professional experience (consulting, PMO, strategy, operations, or comparable internships)
Skills
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise outputs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality
