Title:  Junior Legal Advisor - Part Time

Role Purpose: Legal Support. Part-Time Employee.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Legal team based in Switzerland in contract related matters, in particular regarding the administration and optimization of contract templates (including digitalization of the review process)
• Implement contract related client requirements regarding subcontractors (including defining and managing the process)
• Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to work in parallel on multiple topics and with different stakeholders
• Strong collaborative behavior
• English and Romanian: fluent orally and in writing
• Affinity for working with IT applications and profound knowledge of Office 365 applications, in particular MS WORD.
