The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in supporting market enablement activities globally. As part of the Global Market Enablement team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of an agile, dynamic group whose aim is to solve short and long-term challenges for our clients and generate revenue for our firm. This role is integral to support end-to-end markets execution from account management planning, business development and priority account management, delivery and ASQ processing.


In the Graphic Designer role, you will be required to:

  • Report to the Head of Global Market Enablement to ensure work aligns to the Global Chain IQ Standards 

  • Support the Head of Global Market Enablement and Regional Heads, Market Enablement Consultants, Engagement Managers as required to produce sales collateral competitive offerings/proposals for specific customer challenges in the form of presentations and reports 

  • Update and maintain the Market Enablement Portal with Sales Collateral.


Markets Enablement Strategy Support


As part of this team, your responsibilities will include:


Sales Strategy and collaterals:

  • Collate/build/expand sales collaterals (multi-stage decks, calling cards, global, industrialized) 

  • Support the development and maintenance of the RfP portal with support function/maintenance  

  • Updating, editing and ensure a high level of website design and consistency.


Branding, Marketing and Communication  

  • Assist in the development and management of Chain IQ and marketing materials following a standard collateral look and feel 

  • Support Marketing and Communications activities as needed for the Regional Head or Head of Market Enablement.

Whether it’s for a sales team, a member of the company leadership team, or for an external audience, our Graphic Designers are creative, understand our company brand, goals, and values, and can create our message to internal and external audiences. In addition, you:


  • Become a storyteller, and thrive using a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase services and capabilities, sell the brand, and promote the company through outstanding visuals/graphics 

  • Develop visually attractive and professional sales collateral including client presentations, case studies, infographics, white papers, new market offerings, social media graphics, brand campaigns 

  • Design the website's visual imagery and ensure it's in line with Chain IQ corporate standards 

  • Update and maintain internal databases of presentations, designs, photography, and videos 

  • Understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs and can add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audience’s attention 

  • Possess outstanding attention to detail and take pride in selling the company message through outstanding visuals/graphics 

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate setting.


You offer:


  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with creative departments, marketing, and sales, in a business environment 

  • A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity 

  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design tools 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel 

  • Good understanding of content management systems (WordPress) 

  • Ability to demonstrate awareness of business and organizational confidentiality 

  • Responsiveness with the ability to take initiative and interact with all levels within the firm 

  • Ability to adhere to project timelines, approved quality standards and maintain documents in the shared repository 

  • A good aptitude to learn – with a willingness to share knowledge and to learn from others 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Fluency in English.

  • Regional Heads, Service Delivery, Global Solutions Analytics and others as required
