Responsibilities:

-Supporting the Head of Sourcing, Senior Manager Sourcing Operations Support and fellow Team Leads to work with onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capabilities
- Accountability for team Sourcing Operations Support performance and service delivery under the quality and time required
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
- Functional workforce management and work allocation
- Identifying ways to improve related business-as-usual processes – including the development of standard templates and processes, and identifying and implementing automation opportunities
- Adhering to the their corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in delivery of sourcing initiatives
- Ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
- Responsible for team objective setting, performance management, development and succession planning;
- Prepare quarterly talent reviews to discuss team performance, successes and opportunities for improvement of the team;
- Active role in the development, mentoring, motivation and orientation of the team members
- Oversee staffing/recruiting/training /coaching of direct reports including performance reviews
- Manage and mentor staff encouraging professional growth & development
