About the Role:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Admin & Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a variety of administrative and operational HR tasks, including Payrol activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the HRBP in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes

  • Assist with payroll input and coordination in collaboration with external payroll providers

  • Prepare and manage employment documents such as contracts, amendments, and confirmations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems

  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and processes

  • Support HR reporting and data analysis

  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and local labor law

  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and administrative coordination

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in an HR support or HR admin role, ideally with exposure to payroll

  • Solid understanding of HR processes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive mindset, hands-on, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); other languages (e.g., German) are a plus
