Title:  HR Payroll & Admin

Responsibilities:

 

• Input payroll data and assist the payroll provider by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) and all elements that are affecting the payroll calculation for UK, Switzerland and Germany;

• Verify the payroll calculation – reconciliations versus payroll provider;

• Responsible for organizing and running disciplinary committee and all documents related to disciplinary cases;

• Support the local onboarding/ off-boarding process and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding/ off-boarding experience for new hires;

• Deliver requested information and reports in a timely manner, reviewing data for accuracy and formatting for ease of use;

• Assist with all needed documentation and system update with regards to local employment, on-boarding, internal moves, changing of job titles and responsibilities, cost centres, compensation and any other necessary employee and position information in HR related tools;

• Support all employees in using the HR related tools (back –up for managers in approval leave requests, raising Job requisitions);

• Support onboarding/off-boarding for Romania when needed;

• Organize and maintain employment records according to local legislation for UK, Switzerland and Germany and electronic archiving according to Chain IQ workflow and procedures;

• Support the HR Manager in all relevant HR topics (trainings, performance appraisal, recruiting).

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 3 years of experience of Payroll and HR administration

• Understand payroll and HR legislation and processes interpretation

• Experience with UK/Swiss/German payroll preferred

• Positive attitude and the ability to work well with co-workers

• Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast paced team environment

• Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
