Responsibilities:

• Performs General Accounting daily operational activities as follows:
  • Posting Journal Entries (including bank statements)
  • AP support and processing (Pos, invoices, reconciliations, etc)
  • FA activities (management of FA, depreciation, retirement of FA, etc)
  • Perform foreign currency exchange evaluations
  • General & Administration expenses reconciliation
  • Expenses reports management
  • Monthly and quarterly reconciliations
  • Accounts payable booking
• Providing support with monthly closing
• Support in preparation of documents and data for external and internal audits
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and administration.

Requirements:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business
• 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with the use of accounting computer programs (SAP is a plus)
• Good knowledge of accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Agility with figures
• Motivated to grow and develop yourself
