The Marketing and Graphic Design Consultant plays a critical role in supporting market enablement activities globally. Your role will be to help drive sales growth by designing, developing and updating sales and marketing content in the form of infographics, presentations, special reports, factsheets and sales aids. You will ensure materials are accurate and available for the sales team and work closely with our inhouse experts to develop impactful marketing materials for the promotion of new and current products and services. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of responses to requests for information to fulfil RFPs.


Your responsibilities:


  • Work with the Sales Team high to develop visually attractive and professional sales collateral including client presentations, case studies, infographics, white papers, new market offerings
  • Implement creative and successful campaigns inline with Chain IQ corporate standards
  • Assist in the production and design of attractive and professional tenders
  • Ensure Rf(x) Portal is maintained and up to date, aid standardized templates, marketing materials, prospect presentations and other pertinent sales collateral
  • Contribute to work in progress (WIP) sales offerings and/or new productized market entrenchment opportunities
  • Adhere to project timelines, approved quality standards and maintain documents in the shared repository


You offer:


  • 3+ years of business / consulting / design experience;
  • Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain or Financial Service sector experience a plus
  • Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations to a professional and high standard for senior management
  • Have fantastic attention to detail and proven track record of designing, fostering and delivering materials to support business initiatives
  • Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations and marketing materials
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator or similar design software is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Content Management Systems
  • Be an original thinker, but also aware of cultural trends
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and an ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • A good aptitude to learn – with a willingness to share knowledge and to learn from others
  • Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative tools
  • Advanced skills in MS Office including PowerPoint and Word
  • Educated to Degree or equivalent
