Check out our Chain IQ homepage for an overview of the companies we serve. We are seeking a talented Service Delivery Manager to work in our ESG operations team driving execution with our customers. This role is critical in ensuring our clients' supply chains meet the highest sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Global Head of ESG to lead project and task execution, ensuring alignment with our clients' goals.
• Establish and maintain quality standards and processes, optimizing delivery efficiency in environmental and social sustainability performance across customer supplier networks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, demonstrating meticulous structuring, planning, and execution, while closely monitoring progress.
• Navigate within a global matrix organization as part of the Chain IQ ESG team, collaborating across three countries with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide support, coaching, and mentorship to stakeholders, facilitating project delivery and governance management when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental sciences/engineering/management, or a business degree with additional education in sustainability.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, coupled with a proactive mindset and a drive to innovate and implement novel approaches.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Genuine passion for corporate sustainability, backed by proven experience in sustainable supply chain management, ESG operations, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
