Role purpose:

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing Digital Sourcing Solutions to optimize sourcing and procurement processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, IT, suppliers, and clients to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and streamlining of sourcing activities.

Responsibilities:

•    Act as Digital Sourcing Solution Expert for multiple Digital Sourcing Solutions within Chain IQ Ecosystem, thought requirements engineering, design, build and implementation phase. 
•    Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, sourcing, and business teams, to understand their contract management needs and requirements
•    Develop and execute the Digital Sourcing Solution strategy aligned with Chain IQ’s goals and objectives
•    Involved in various client transition projects, process reengineering and change management as well as offering of the Chain IQ Multi Client Solution. Delivering Training Framework for Chain IQ Clients, reviewing business process documentation as part of the Initiation and Planning Client Onboarding phases: S2C.
•    Analyze and  identify areas for automation, standardization, and optimization for Source to Contract process.
•    Support service and product customization for clients in collaboration with Business Development and Sales.
•    Ensure smooth deployment of Contract Lifecycle Management process & solution to new Clients, user training, and change management during the implementation phase
•    Support Transformation Program projects as requested.
•    Lead the transition and onboarding of Chain IQ clients to the Sourcing Managed Service, RFP Analysis and Contract Lifecycle Management

Requirements:

•    Strong understanding of Source to Contract processes in the outsourcing industry.
•    Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management process
•    Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems and tools.  Knowledge of digital sourcing technologies, tools, and platforms.
•    Familiarity with emerging digital trends and innovations in procurement.
•    Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams Nice to have Project Management Certification or Project IT related experience. 
•    Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
