Role Purpose
The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing Chain IQ Digital Procurement Solutions to optimize sourcing and procurement processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, IT, and clients to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and streamlining of procurement/sourcing activities.
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Expert to join the Digital Solutions Team. The Digital Procurement Solution Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Source to Contract proceses.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Act as Digital Expert for multiple Digital Sourcing Solutions & Business Process Management within Chain IQ Procurement Eco-System, thought client onbording: Process mapping; requirements engineering, design, build and implementation phase.
- Keep and guide all stakeholders involved with the transition & BAU updated on business process management and digital solutions
- Oversee the transition of new and changed services into the live environment and to pick up any post transition activities togheter with the Chain IQ Client Engagement Manager/Service Delivery Manager
- Spotting any process-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Client, Digital Sourcing Solutions,Client Engagement manager, Project management and business teams, to guide trough Chain IQ business process management
- Involved in various client transition projects, process reengineering and change management as well as offering of the Chain IQ Multi Client Solution. Delivering Training Framework for Chain IQ Clients, creating, updating and reviewing business process documentation as part of the Client Onboarding phases: S2C.
- Analyze and identify areas for automation, standardization, and optimization for Source to Contract process.
- Support service and product customization for clients in collaboration with Business Development and Sales.
- Ensure smooth deployment of Chain IQ Multi-Client processes and solutions to new Clients, user training, and change management during the implementation phase
- Support Transformation Program projects as requested.
- Support the transition and onboarding of Chain IQ clients to the Digital Sourcing Managed Services
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Procurement: Source to Contract processes in the outsourcing industry.
- Knowledge of business process management.
- Experience with Procurement systems and tools.
- Knowledge of Procurement digital procurement (sourcing) technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Familiarity with emerging digital trends and innovations in procurement.
- Project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Nice to have Project Management Certification or Project IT related experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Training and support experience for end-users
- Negotiation and vendor management expertise.
