About the role

• Act as Digital Solution Expert for multiple Digital Sourcing Solutions within Chain IQ Ecosystem, thought requirements engineering, design, build and implementation phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, sourcing, marketplace and business teams, to understand Source to Order needs and requirements
• Develop and execute the Digital Solution strategy aligned with Chain IQ’s goals and objectives
• Involved in various client transition projects, process reengineering and change management as well as offering of the Chain IQ Multi Client Solution for Source to Contract and Marketplace Solutions and processes. Delivering S2O Training Framework for Chain IQ Clients, reviewing business process documentation as part of the Initiation and Planning Client Onboarding phases.
• Analyze and identify areas for process automation, standardization, and optimization for Source to Order process, including Marketplace.
• Support Smart Connect Portal services, S2O and Marketplace product customization for clients in collaboration with Business Development and Sales.
• Ensure smooth deployment of Smart Connect Portal services, Source to Order process & solutions to new Clients, user training, and change management during the implementation phase.
• Support Transformation Program projects as requested.
• Support in the transition and onboarding of Chain IQ clients to the Smart Connect Portal, Marketplace and Source to Contract solutions
• Implement Chain IQ Multi-Client S2O Digital capabilities in all existing client relationships, achieving defined business cases
