Job Description: P2O Digital Solutions Expert

Department: Digital Procurement Solutions
Reports to: Head of Digital Procurement Solutions
Location: Bucharest / Lisabon

Role Purpose

The P2O Digital Solutions Expert owns the digital solution lifecycle for Chain IQ's Purchase-to-Order (P2O) procurement offerings within the Multi Client environment - from requirements and design through to implementation, BAU operation, and continuous improvement. The role bridges business, client, and technology stakeholders, acts as functional solution owner and vendor counterpart for the P2O landscape, and translates both user feedback and strategic technology direction (including AI) into usable, adopted client-facing capability.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Digital Solutions Owner for Chain IQ's digital procurement solutions in the P2O landscape or new business solutions requests, covering the full solution lifecycle and roadmap.
Translate business and client needs into clear digital requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, client expectations, technology capabilities, and the broader Digital Solutions roadmap.
Own and manage digital solution delivery for existing clients (BAU), including governance, partner management, solution maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
Lead and support client onboarding and transition projects for Chain IQ multi-client digital solutions, including deployment, UAT coordination, training, adoption activities, hypercare support, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and lessons-learned reviews.
Partner closely with BPM, Digital Advisory, Digital Operations, IT, Transitions, Service Delivery, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless and consistent solution delivery.
Act as a Digital Solutions ambassador, driving awareness, adoption, change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and effective communication across internal teams and clients.
Monitor solution adoption, usage, and value realization while identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities for clients and the broader digital ecosystem.
Contribute to the evolution of Chain IQ’s multi-client digital ecosystem by supporting scalable, value-driven solutions, standardization efforts, reduction of tool duplication, and development of a coherent platform strategy.
Support the delivery of AI-enabled initiatives across Technology (e.g., intelligent requisitioning, automated PO matching, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted sourcing recommendations), identifying practical opportunities to enhance the P2O journey.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and internal IT teams, ensuring alignment of business needs, digital solutions, delivery priorities, and the development of training, enablement, and knowledge materials.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Prior exposure to Business Process Management (BPM) methods or process design
Experience with procurement analytics/reporting tools
Project management certification or experience leading onboarding/transition projects
Exposure to RPA or AI tooling in a procurement/operations context
