Responsibilities:
•Supporting the SSC Head and collaborating closely with Account Service Delivery Lead to ensure operational excellence across the offshore cross functional teams.
•Drive transformation and standardization efforts across clients.
•Partner with the Onshore Account Service Delivery Lead and with the client, as appropriate to move smaller accounts from the transitioned ‘as –is’ client processes towards the Chain IQ multi-client solution in order to generate productivity and efficiencies.
•Has a cross-functional procurement understanding and represents SSC Operations in new client transitions and onboarding.
•Build sustainable relationships with relevant stakeholders, including Chain IQ’s global locations and functional teams to ensure offshore-onshore collaboration and teaming, fostering the ONE Chain IQ culture.
•Ensuring cross-functional KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and other performance objectives, including critical to quality business expectations are met for offshore delivery
•Ensure quality assurance across all client processes in scope, including corrective actions where applicable
•Act as the senior point of internal and external client escalation and resolution as required
•Responsible for remediation of operational issues as well as issues that arise from client reviews
•Identify and propose process transformation and / or optimization ideas to ensure a lean flow. Partner with the onshore service delivery leads on E2E delivery optimization and rightshoring opportunities, including transitioning activities to our offshore delivery centres to ensure cost, efficiency and effectiveness optimization
