Role Purpose
The primary purpose is to enable the Client Engagement Management Team to drive customer success. As a Client Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital supporting role within our EMEA Client Engagement team, working closely with the Client Engagement Manager and Client Delivery Manager to ensure operational excellence and smooth project execution across multiple clients of Chain IQ. This demanding role is ideal for detail-oriented, highly organized individuals looking to build a career in client delivery or project management.
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Client Delivery Coordinator (Consultant / Senior Consultant) to join the EMEA Client Engagement team. The Client Delivery PMO needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience in managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support the setup and execution of client delivery processes and internal project governance.
- Prepare internal and external reports, business reviews, and status updates.
- Track progress on key account deliverables, maintaining internal dashboards and action trackers.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, maintain SharePoint folders and naming conventions, and monitor version control.
- Coordinate internal meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deadlines and dependencies.
- Help enforce internal data quality standards and escalate issues where necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, analytics) to support task execution. - Actively participate in internal team huddles to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, transformation or a similar role ideally in business process outsourcing, consulting or corporate delivery centres
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, SCM, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with solid understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and comfortable with Excel; confident in managing structured documentation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus.
- Team player with a proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset.
- Eager to learn and grow within a structured project and delivery environment.
