Catalog Management - Manager

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overall coordination with the key business stakeholders, clients and internal teams to drive the successful implementation of catalogues for indirect spend categories. Manage analytics to understand catalog usage trends, drive catalogue content management strategies on a continuous basis to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of catalogues against the market benchmark.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders (Sourcing, Category Managers, eCommerce Platform Provider, Client) for the initial catalogue setup leveraging pre-agreed lists of catalogue items and prices;
  • Accountable  that accurate catalogue content information is developed, entered and maintained up to date in the catalogue platform by the Catalogue specialist;
  • Serve as internal subject management expert, and liaison to the eCommerce Platform provider, for the development and maintenance of the catalogue content;
  • Utilize knowledge and accepted industry data standards to enrich and optimize product content information and specifications and partner with Category Managers on category specific strategies;
  • Ensure implementation of catalogue content management strategies and process improvements based on input from the catalogue specialist and market intelligence;
  • Review & approve catalogue updates for price & items changes and escalate to Sourcing team for significant increases;
  • Regular catalogue content review according to agreed client SLA and KPIs;
  • Prepare material for regular business reviews with clients and business stakeholders including reporting and analytics (usage, trends, savings, identify upselling opportunities) and participate, as needed;
  • Serve as escalation point for all catalogue management related topics;
  • Keep up to date with the market trends and industry standards.

 

 

Your profile:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years experience in catalogue management with a proven track record;
  • Delivery-focused with project management skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and take appropriate actions as needed;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with high flexibility;
  • Excellent relationship management with skills to work across a complex matrix of partners, and a track record of forming close Partnerships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation;
  • Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
