This is a hybrid role with a combination of office and home-based working.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to drive simplification, standardization and automation by the design of new Processes, evaluate / improve existing processes, analyze implemented changes, and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes, as needed.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Expert to join the Group IT Team. The Business Process Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and optimize Chain IQ’s standard service catalogue for the end to end business processes according to the Chain IQ multi-client process house in collaboration with the business and peer functions
• Create business process designs and facilitate process changes in collaboration with the Procurement / sourcing solutions teams and system owners based on change requests (from clients or internal)
• Create and maintain S2O business process documentations (SOP's and Work Instructions and other standards) Support the definitions of business requirements for IT systems relevant for the execution of Chain IQ’s business processes
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes in collaboration with the Internal Controls Team
• Manage operational change requests (OCR) and take ownership of the corresponding process
• Educating business users for managing and operating business processes
  Leading process reengineering activities with the aim to continuously simplify, standardize and automate the standard processes for easier usage for the sourcers and the end users.
• Facilitate the master data and process transfer from the client to Chain IQ in collaboration with the Client Onboarding Team
• Support the Chain IQ functions with updated and easy to use templates for the standard processes
• Maintain End-to-End SharePoint for Multiclient Business Processes and ensure the availability and update of the standard documents for the operations

Requirements

• 5 years + experience in a similar role in indirect procurement
• Exceptional problem-solving skills. ·
• Ability to understand the business context and create clear process and procedures for the business
• Experience and an understanding of the end-to-end source to order process (S2O), SOPs, Organizational Change Requests and Work Instructions
• Demonstrable experience in project/process management. ·
• Experience in a Business Change environment or a business undergoing significant change.
• Competency in Business Process Mapping using tools like MS Visio. ·
• Good understanding of global and local data protection and EPrivacy laws.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Business Change Management qualifications preferred, but not required.
• Experience in running complex projects at a Global scale involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft packages skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactive - can flag and assist in resolving project issues (where appropriate)
• Is driven to complete tasks and can see the wider picture to assist with the successful delivery of the project
• Has good professional communication skills and a winning working attitude
• Loves working in a dynamic environment and can react quickly to changes
• Is collaborative and supportive with project members and stakeholders
