Role Purpose
The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner. The aim is to drive operational excellence by designing, analyzing, documenting, and automating processes for efficiency and scalability. Aligned with our IT strategy, we aim to optimize processes using current standard digital solutions and new innovations.
We evaluate existing processes, analyze implemented changes, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Expert to join the in Business Process Management and Digital Transformation team. The Business Process Manager Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within process improvement, standardization and streamlining.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and enhance Chain IQ’s standard service catalogue for end-to-end business processes, in accordance with the Chain IQ standard process framework
- Design business processes and facilitate changes with S2O Business Process Owners and System Owners; manage operational change requests from internal or client, coordinating activities from request to implementation.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for business processes, ensuring the availability of necessary documents for operations. These documents should be reviewed and approved annually or as per contractual obligations; provide support and guidance to Business Owners for the creation and maintenance of S2O business process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and other standards. Support the Chain IQ functions with updated and easy to use templates for the standard processes to enhance producvity
- Define business requirements for Tech solutions used in Chain IQ's processes; identify automation, standardization, and optimization opportunities for Source to Order to drive growth through digital integration.
- Collaborate with the Tech teams, Quality Assurance team and Business Owners to enhance and streamline business processes. Lead process reengineering efforts to simplify, standardize, and automate processes for better usability by end users (internal and external).
- Serve as an expert in Business Process Management during Client Onboarding and transitions: participate in client workshops to document processes, support fit/gap analysis, process mapping, design and build future processes; facilitate master data and process transfer from the client to Chain IQ in collaboration with other workstream leads. Ensure smooth deployment of Chain IQ standard processes and solutions to new Clients, user training, and change management during the implementation phase
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Client, Digital Solutions, Client Engagement managers, Project management and business teams, to guide through Chain IQ business process management

- Technical & Functional Skills:
- Expertise in process modeling and improvement frameworks with proven results
- Good understanding of emerging technologies
- Experience in process automation and digitalization with proven results
- Strong project management capabilities
- Good understanding of emerging technologies
- Strong Procurement processes understanding
Plus: Familiarity with end-to-end business processes in Indirect Procurement (Source to Order) and BPO industries.Lean Six Sigma and/or Business Change Management qualifications.
