We are seeking an innovative and experienced Head Data Management – Executive Director to lead our organization’s data strategy and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive data strategies that align seamlessly with our business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring it serves as a catalyst for business growth
• Establish and maintain robust data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Lead a virtual team of data professionals, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Drive the implementation of cutting-edge data architectures and technologies to meet evolving business requirements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to enhance business processes, products, and services
• Ensure effective data management and integration across different systems and platforms
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data management to recommend strategic investments
• Advocate for data literacy and awareness throughout the organization, facilitating training and communication initiatives
• Work collaboratively with IT and other departments to align data initiatives with overarching business objectives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of data management and utilization efforts

Your profile:

• Proven track record as a senior leader in data management, with a history of successfully implementing robust data strategies
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, information management, or business analytics
• Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving common objectives
• Proficiency in data technologies, architectures, and tools, with a keen eye for innovation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align data initiatives with overarching business goals
