It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and we are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to join our Strategic Finance & Group Controlling team in Baar, Switzerland. Our ambition is to further grow our existing highly experienced team in order to provide the organization with data-driven insights and drive value creation for our stakeholders. This role is ideal for dynamic, client-focused and forward-thinking individuals that want to shape the future of our business while moving into a leadership role.

Role Purpose

This role will drive the implementation of key value creation initiatives and play a critical role in further evolving our Finance function and value creation across the organization. The role reports into our Head Strategic Finance & Group Controlling and will work closely with senior stakeholders globally. The role offers the potential to take over line management responsibilities within the first 6-12 months. In addition, this role offers the opportunity to support building best in class insights for a Family Office owning Chain IQ.

Your Responsibilities:

• Active contribution to value creation initiatives across the organization
• Shaping and implementing value creation initiatives driven by Finance (incl. management dashboards, automation, AI/data-driven insights, pricing, engagement profitability, budgeting)
• Further development of integrated business intelligence reporting
• Active involvement in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Providing Group CFO and Group Executive Board with high quality data-driven insights
• Contribution to establishing best in class data-driven insights for a Family Office owning Chain IQ

Your Profile:

• 4+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting or strategic finance roles in an international professional services environment
• Impressive analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in using reporting, analysis and planning tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders
• Passionate team player with high level of performance in dynamic situations
• Proactive and independent work style with a great sense of responsibility
